How does it happen?

Stage 1:

Getting to know one another and coordinating expectations – In the first meeting, the budget will be the basis that we will aim for from the very beginning. We will discuss the design style that you are most in line with. You will be presented with inspiration boards of a variety of styles, until we vote and formulate the favorite style while taking into account the existing furniture. At this stage, there will be a list that will include existing habits and lifestyle. We will examine the things that should be changed as well as those that should be preserved, and later we will specify the design direction and measurements of the apartment.

Stage 2:

Sketches – I will present you with final sketches that will meet all of your requirements, including all the information about the future planning – from the rooms division and every other possible detail, as small as it may be. We will choose the preferred sketch and proceed to final plans for execution.

Stage 3:

Preparation of construction and drywall placement plans. Electrical, plumbing and flooring plans. Detailed and comprehensive bill of quantities, preparation of bill of quantities for contractors.

Stage 4:

The selection and purchase of finishing materials are carried out – paint, flooring and cladding (including wet spaces), sanitary ware, kitchen and carpentry, air conditioning, windows, and more. I accompany you to stores with a wide variety of options, and together we select the materials. We do not begin work until every detail is in place. Of course, everything takes into account the chosen style that will be the guiding line for all the items in the home space and its design.

Supervision during construction

actual on-field supervision, I am on site to ensure that the plans are implemented accurately, as well as to resolve any and all problems that might arise during the renovation or construction of the house.

Shopping stage:

Furniture, lighting and accessories. Selection and purchase of furniture for the various spaces. Purchase of all lighting fixtures that fit into house’s style.

I accompany you in the final furnishing of the house – purchase of art, carpets, a variety of accessories, hanging curtains and positioning of objects and furniture in the space according to the plans. Anyone who enters the apartment will immediately see that the house was designed by an interior designer.

Collaboration – Many years of collaboration with professionals, suppliers and first-class stores, who are responsible for the perfect execution of each project, with an emphasis on pleasant and professional service and product quality and excellent work. I emphasize the reliability of the sellers and the quality of their work.

I work with many suppliers, stores and professionals, all of whom have experience, professionalism, perfect service or an excellent product and a lot of personal charm.

Minimum time estimate: 3 months planning + 3 months construction for a home renovation.
