Designing an apartment in Tel Aviv on such a budget sounds unbelievable, right? But that’s really what happened!
A client contacted me who owns an apartment in Tel Aviv and wants to turn it into an AIRBNB apartment. He told me that his budget is very limited and that he doesn’t want to spend tens of thousands of NIS on the design. But it is important to him that the apartment looks designed and is also practical.
He sent me pictures and a video of the apartment, I told him that I could design the apartment for him in two days of DesignQuick.
One day for the main space, the second day for the rooms and furnishings.
I arrived in Tel Aviv, it’s a 3-room apartment, in a central area, some of the furniture already exists, like some of the cabinets that were in the rooms.
But I had to buy all the other furniture.
I always say that in home design, it’s not wise to design a house for hundreds of thousands of NIS. The wisdom is knowing how to design spaces with a limited budget.
Working with a limited budget is not an easy job, but it is completely possible and you can achieve very beautiful results.
Most clients come to me with a defined budget and the trick is knowing how to work with that budget and make good use of it in the various stores.
It requires experience, working with a budget, getting to know a lot of design stores on the market, knowing how to prioritize what is better than what and what is worth investing more money in.
This is exactly what I did in this apartment, and this is my expertise.
